Please join Montessori advocates from across the country at our annual MPPI Advocacy Conference at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook (Chicago) this September.  The conference will offer workshops and plenary sessions from MPPI staff and field experts that will equip you to tackle policy challenges in your state. As always, the event offers valuable opportunities for networking with Montessori advocates and leaders from across the country. 

• The conference will run from Saturday morning to Sunday noon. 
• We are also offering an optional “Advocacy 101” workshop on Friday afternoon, 9/27. If you haven’t attended one of the MPPI Conferences in the past, we recommend attending this informative session so you will be prepared for the more advanced content during the conference sessions Saturday and Sunday.

Registration and Hotel Information:

Registration is open. Early Bird registration is $300 and after August 30th, registration increases to $325.

The conference will be held at the beautiful Hyatt Lodge.  A special rate has been negotiated which includes a full breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning. IMPORTANT: When you make your hotel reservation, be sure to indicate the number of individuals in your room, so everyone will get breakfast. Lunch will be provided Saturday, and we will hold a reception Saturday evening for all attendees.

We have a limited number of registration and registration+ lodging scholarships to offer those who need financial support to make attendance at this event possible. Montessorians of the Global Majority/of Color who are underrepresented in the Montessori community and need financial support to attend the retreat are especially encouraged to apply.
